Scroll less. Think deeper. Find your people.
A small, quiet corner of the internet for capable people who've outgrown hustle culture and guru self-help — doing the slow, honest work together.
Become a founding member £19/month for the founding 100 · then £29 · cancel anytimeYou've read the books. You've listened to the podcasts. You've rebuilt the morning routine twice. Doing the work alone, in a feed engineered to distract you, is the part that keeps failing.
Think of this as the opposite of a feed: a few dozen serious people, holding the space together. Kinda what social media was meant to be (a place for genuine connection not mass distraction).
This isn't another WhatsApp group chat where you share memes and shallow conversations. It's a space for real conversation, dialogues, and more. It's structured so twenty minutes a week actually moves and supports you, and no algorithm decides what you see. Which is why it has to be a private space.
Pick three habits and track them with the rest of us, a cycle at a time. Accountability without the bootcamp energy.
A regular thread to look back honestly: what worked, what didn't, and what you're carrying into next week.
I go live inside the space — Q&As, working sessions, the occasional deep dive. No webinar funnel waiting at the end.
Short lessons and prompts in the Learning tab, growing in the direction members actually ask for.
No algorithm, no ads, no engagement bait. You see what the room posts, in the order it happens.
Capable, sceptical people who are done with hustle culture. The paid door is the filter — it keeps the space serious.
Less a habit app, more an operating system for your own head. It refuses the scorecard trap, where a ticked box means you're good and a missed one means you've failed. It's built on behaviour science instead: every habit has a floor that still counts, and one honest miss never undoes the work.
Your habits grow like plants. Miss the watering and a plant wilts, it doesn't die, and it perks up the moment you come back. Keep tending it and it grows slowly, which is the only speed that lasts.
The caveat? It's not a polished commercial app, and it's not meant to be. It's a tool built for us, shaped by members, and everything you log stays on your device. No account, no server, nothing tracked.
Best of all, it only works in here. The Collective is wired into the app: you share how your week actually went, and there's a room to catch you when it wobbles.
The Collective is small right now. I could have waited until it looked impressive to write this page. Butttt I'd rather build the thing with you - the first hundred people actually in the room.
The founding rate holds for as long as you stay a member. After the first 100, it's £29.
Channels, calls, challenge cycles — founding members decide what earns a place and what gets cut.
I post the rebuild diary inside — wins, flops and lessons. You watch it grow, or watch me fix it.
A paid room stays small and serious. Here's who it's for — and honestly, who it isn't.
Fourteen-plus years facilitating for places like the NHS, Meta and Penguin Random House; a Harvard master's in human development; a TEDx talk; 74,000 of you on YouTube. In the Collective I'm not on a stage — I'm in the room, reading everything, posting my own check-ins next to yours.
One membership, everything included. Cancel in two clicks and keep access until your month ends.
Locked at this rate for as long as you stay. Then £29/month for everyone after.
The £297 course includes your first 12 months in here. Join the Collective now and buy the course later, and your membership billing simply pauses for those 12 months — founding rate intact when it resumes. Whichever order you pick, you won't pay twice.
Yes - there are so many! The Compass Collective is different since it's built around the same values that you know me for. It's also built around the 6 C's of Inner Compass' structure: habit cycles, reflection threads and live sessions. I did think about not having a paid space, but we need a private space if we're going to be real with each other and share openly. And we also want some kind of filter so it stays small and serious? But — lets se! If something isn't working, we'll discuss that and see what we can do about it.
That's truly upto you. Twenty focused minutes a week is enough to get real value: post your habit check-in, read the reflections thread, reply to one person. There's more if you want it — live sessions, the library — but depth beats hours here.
The course is the system — six modules of deep, self-paced work. The Collective is the practice and the people, ongoing. They're built to work together: the course includes your first 12 months in here.
No. The course includes 12 months of the Collective, so if you're already a member your billing pauses for those 12 months and your founding rate is intact when it resumes. Join in whichever order suits you.
Because free groups fill with lurkers and spam, and ad-funded spaces answer to advertisers. £19 a month is deliberate: enough that people show up, not enough to hurt. It also means I work for the members and no one else. If this is a genuine financial hurdle for you, but you really want to join - email me/DM me. I offer scholarship places as I believe in making this as accessible as I can.
Cancel anytime, in two clicks, no exit survey and no guilt. You keep access until your month ends, and we'll part as friends.
The Collective will still be here when you're ready — it'll just cost a bit more after the first hundred, because founding members take the bigger bet.
If you've read this far, some part of you is tired of doing this alone. That part is welcome here.
Come say hello,
Keshav
